Below: the KYC path, the payment modes and the withdrawal processing time. Verify each on app before depositing.

Bank account verification
Bank account is the third KYC step. Penny-drop verification confirms name match. Withdrawal is enabled after penny-drop success.

| Net-banking | Longer reference bound | Verify on app |
| Cards | Subject to bank rails | Verify on app |

State eligibility check
State eligibility is checked at sign-up and at the first deposit. Players in restricted states cannot deposit or join paid contests. Verify on the state eligibility page.
What KYC does not cover
KYC verifies identity. It does not verify contest eligibility, state eligibility or responsible-play controls. State eligibility is checked separately on app. Responsible-play controls live under app → Settings → Responsible Play.
KYC also does not cover the credit check, the address verification beyond the Aadhaar OTP or the source-of-funds verification for high-value deposits. Those checks are run subject to the operator's risk policy. Verify on app.
KYC and state eligibility
KYC and state eligibility are separate gates. KYC verifies identity; state eligibility verifies residency against the operator's published list. Players in restricted states cannot join paid contests even after KYC completes. Verify on the state eligibility page.
What happens when KYC fails
If KYC fails, the operator notifies the user on app and via email. The user may correct the KYC submission. The operator does not refund deposits on KYC failure. Verify on app.

What to do with this reference
Use this reference to walk the KYC path. Verify each step on app before depositing. The path is the same on every device.
KYC and payments: the document order, the payment modes and the withdrawal timing
KYC runs in three steps: PAN first, Aadhaar second, bank account third. The order is fixed because each step depends on the previous one. A mismatch on any step blocks the next step, so confirm the spelling and the order of names on each document before submission.
PAN verification is the first KYC document. The check confirms the name on the PAN matches the name on the bank account. A mismatch blocks withdrawal. The check is automatic; the document upload is the only manual step.
Aadhaar verification is the second KYC document. The check uses OTP or e-KYC where supported. The OTP is sent to the registered phone number. e-KYC is accepted where supported.
Bank account verification is the third KYC step for myteam11. Penny-drop verification confirms the name match. A failed penny-drop is the most common cause of a stuck withdrawal. Re-run penny-drop rather than re-uploading the same document.
What is the KYC order?
PAN first, Aadhaar second, bank account third. The order is fixed.
What is the fastest withdrawal mode?
UPI. The rail settles inside a few minutes in most cases.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum is set by the operator and printed inside the app under the wallet.
