What sign-in does and does not do
Sign-in restores your session on the device. The session includes the contest list, wallet balance, KYC state and responsible-play settings. Sign-in does not transfer data between devices; each device has its own session.
Sign-in also does not unlock KYC. KYC runs separately under app → Settings → KYC. Sign-in does not unlock withdrawal. Withdrawal runs after KYC and penny-drop verification.

Sign in, sign out and the recovery path
Sign-in uses the registered phone number, email or username plus the password you set at registration. The forgot-password link on the sign-in screen sends a one-time password to the registered email or phone. One-time password windows are short; if the code expires before you enter it, request a fresh one.
Two-factor authentication, where enabled, prompts for a one-time password from your authenticator app after the password check. The step is mandatory and cannot be disabled from the sign-in screen. Lost access to the authenticator app blocks sign-in until the account is recovered through customer care. Confirm the recovery contact details are still yours before you need them.
Sign-out clears the session token on the device. Pending contests settle to your account regardless of which device you sign in from next. If a device is lost, change the password from any other signed-in device, or contact customer care from the registered phone number.
Browser-based sign-in via myteam11online.com routes to the sign-in screen inside the myteam11 app after the operator-side check. myteam11online.com itself does not store session data; it relays to the operator and returns you to the relevant page once sign-in completes.
What if the one-time password never arrives?
Wait at least 60 seconds, then request a fresh code. If three requests in a row fail, the registered email or phone may have been changed, or the message is being filtered. Contact customer care from the registered phone number to confirm.
Is social sign-in supported?
Google and Apple sign-in are available where the operator has enabled them. Phone number sign-in remains the primary path because the registered phone is the recovery contact.
Can I sign in on two devices at once?
Yes. The session token is per device. Sign-out is also per device. Account-wide sign-out is available under Settings › Security.
